Other Issues:
Issue #14 maintains the high ambition levels of its predecessor and offers extensive content on progressive and other metal from 1999. Aside from a few big names like Angra, Nightwish, and Nevermore, the selection of interviews reflects the writers’ commitment to bringing obscure bands into the spotlight, featuring bands such as Hades, Elegy, Swarm (with members of Death Angel), Symphorce, Lemur Voice, Destiny’s End, All Too Human, Archetype, Freewill, Little Green Men, and Rotors in Rust. The reviews section is extensive, taking up almost a third of the fanzine's total 88 pages in a small font (too small for my eyes today, though luckily you can increase the size when viewing PDFs). An interview with album cover artist Travis Smith adds a nice supplement to the otherwise mostly music-focused content.
